Designing, analyzing, building & testing novel airframe structures for the UAM, UAS & Wildland Firefighting industries & beyond.

Worked on loads analysis for launch and capture of the Integrator AV. Served as mass properties lead. Worked on environmental performance improvements, including serving as technical lead for a $1.1M multi-disciplinary project to improve AV thermal performance as well as coordinating and executing a 2.5 month system level MIL-STD-810G test series. Responsible for coordinating design changes and verification among customers and suppliers. Served as focal for all air vehicle ground support equipment before taking on a position as module lead for the Integrator/RQ-21 fuselage and avionics. Appointed airframe team lead. Performed on-site system upgrades and troubleshooting support at various customer locations around the globe. Responsible for the planning, management and mechanical design of multiple payload development & integration projects from concept through test flight.

Worked as one of six coaches for the Carver Corps program of over 60 junior alpine skiing athletes. Responsible for supporting program training and competition activities.

Designed & implemented a system for static load testing of aircraft structures. Modeled and analyzed launcher acceleration profiles & aerodynamic flight loads. Performed calibrations and load tests on aircraft structures and modeled components in SolidWorks.
