Technical support for FirePrograms Software users. This involves anything from remoting into machine to troubleshoot issues to training users on how to use our software. I also manage and setup accounts for our FPWeb customers which involves transferring their data from locally hosted SQL Servers to our remotely hosted SQL Servers on AWS (Amazon Web Services). This involves multiple, mirrored application and database servers as well as knowledge of Active Directory and Remote App Manager.FirePrograms provides fire departments across the country and in Canada with records management software for reporting to both the National Fire Incident Reporting System (NFIRS) as well as keeping records on business locations (pre-plans, violations, permits, etc). We also have a Web Deployed version of our software for departments that want to input information into their database while in the field.

Assisting our sister company, OxyLife Respiratory Services, transition customers from a system that is no longer in use to a new system. Creating customer accounts, entering clinical data such as ICD-9/10 Codes as well as specific insurance and doctor information.OxyLife was established in May of 2002 and covers a 19 county region in Central Florida. Our goal has always been to provide people with a level of respiratory care which is unsurpassed in our industry.
