Cold side responsibilities include dry-hopping, cold crashing, head pressure retention, carbonation, yeast harvesting and management, appropriate purging/dumping of hop material or trub from FV bottom ports, and barrel aging. • Improved on the performance of all cellarman activities. Improvements include FV CIP SOPs, cleaning outside of tanks and floors during CIP, overall cleanliness. Other cellarman responsibilities include keg washing with a two-head, semi-automatic keg washer. • Packaging responsibilities include filling kegs with a 3-head coupler setup directly from FVs, keg collar creation, prepping beer prior to canning and being present while helping mobile canning units (Taphopper)(Reece) in the process of packaging. Also helped in the production of new label designs and existing label updates for packaged products. • Produced new brewsheets and fermentation logs for KBC, helping maintain thorough written and digital records of brews. Paying high attention to detail to ensure brews are on time and in spec through consistency in all practices and procedures
