• Responsible for the implementation of the Morning Pointe PMProgram, general maintenance repairs and physical plant safetythroughout the Morning Pointe senior living facility, comprising of 73units, commercial kitchen, laundry facilities, and open common areas.• Responsible for the implementation and documentation of theMorning Pointe PM Program to include, but not limited to:o Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systemso Emergency Call systemso Sprinkler & Fire Alarm systemso Kitchen and laundry equipmento Furnishingso Landscaping• Fully responsible for the flipping of vacated units, ensuring they areready for move in and meet First Impression standards andexpectations.• Safety inspections (i.e. emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, etc)• Conduct and document monthly fire and evacuation drills.• Assist new residents during move in, including mounting televisionsand general install of cable/television and telephone services.• Participate in the management and oversight of the staff in thecapacity of a director, as needed.• Assist Senior Executive Director with general operations management,as needed.
