Improved the project accounting and costing of PoC and completed contract construction projects as well as ongoing service business. I was responsible for financial reporting in HFM of the local companies in 7 countries. Reporting to the RC Director of Finance, the team's efforts resulted in significant improvements in financial and operational transparency.
