The field production was in aggressive decline due to fast pressure depletion. Improved development strategy was developed after various data analytics and modeling approach. Project led to successful execution by implementing the new injection scheme, drilling and completion design.Led an asset planning team for a field development project in Iraq owned by CNPC – project scope included production forecasting and optimization, drilling schedule, and daily field operation support. The strategy reduced the water cut by 3% and achieved annual production target of 51 million barrels within schedule and budget.Successfully implemented a product solution for CNPC to support the field operation in Iraq. The workflow utilizes historical production and injection data to guide the future injection strategy.
