Reporting to the Regional VP of Ops, I provide operational support to the Central Midwest region for service, quality and cost control. Focusing on a customer centric approach with local leaders, I will be the liaison to the largest customers in the responsible area. I am accountable to bottom line ops earning, concentrating on not only expense opportunities, but improving margin.

Reporting to the opco President, I drove operational efficiencies and cost reduction initatives to have an impact on the bottom line. As part of the executive board, my prorities are customer loyalty and team engagement to increase sales and margin while driving down overall cost.

• P&L responsibility for $550,000,000 annual sales and $22,000,000 direct expense.• Responsible for supply chain distribution of $550,000,000 of annual revenues, and $70,000,000 of on hand inventory.• Responsible for 500,000 squarefoot facility managing over 150 warehousing and 30 driver teammates.• Direct Expense Reduction of $2,100,000 per annum with streamlined efficiencies.• Implemented strategic corporate initiatives to include regional vendor consolidation deployment, unowned inventory deployment, and regional transportation system supporting network distribution centers for economies of scale.• Implementation and roll out of 3PL business. • Created training plan for on boarding, shared with corporate team for organizational roll out.• Full transition of fleet and delivery service to company operations with witnessed savings of $300,000 annually.• Promoted to Distribution Manager from New Orleans, LA.• Responsible for supply chain distribution of $180,000,000 of annual revenues, and $17,000,000 of on hand inventory.• Achieved increase production within DC to all time high production, while reducing cost and OT by over $40,000 in less than 6 months.• Called upon to assist with operational turnaround of company’s new Regional Distribution Center in Chicago.
