Safety Always - Rules to Live By.• Perform Project Engineering duties such as: MPD Well Design including hydraulic modeling, roll overs, MPD Cementing plans, and surge and swab analysis. Develop feasibility studies and permits for client/BSEE approval of MPD operations.• Specify flow rates and back pressure on the well to ensure BHP is maintained within the drilling window boundaries.• Conduct meetings with drilling contractors and clients, offering cost effective solutions to drilling challenges utilizing MPD technology.• Complete end of well reports: analyzing drilling performance, safety, and lessons learned and use these evaluations to enhance the success of future projects.• Complete daily drilling reports and manage communication between office and rig personnel.• Provide on the job training to clients and trainees.• Demonstrate and apply knowledge and understanding of all matters related to MPD.• Analyze trends of drilling parameters and interact with rig crew and third party servicers, advising the driller and client of events or potential problems identified during operations not limited to kicks and losses, ballooning, pack-offs, plugged equipment etc.• Operate OneSync MPD software to manipulate downhole pressures to effectively drill complex wells with tight drilling windows. • Maintain frequent communication with customers, updating them with results.• Perform job-specific operating procedures in regards to MPD practices and well control.• Perform installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment on location.• Analyze and resolve mechanical, electronic, and IT based issues on location.• Enforce all applicable HSE policies.• Work with teams of project engineers to help develop drill plans for multiple UBD/MPD operations.• Experienced with well modelling and simulation softwares (Drillbench, NEOTEC WellFlo)
