I was assigned to The Great Wolf Lodge project, located in Los Angeles, California. This project was unique compared to others, because it was three projects combined into one. This consisted of a waterpark, a hotel, and a parking garage. I was assigned multiple tasks, ranging anywhere from slip sheeting to keeping track of fixtures onsite, using material logs. Once I learned how to use bluebeam, I was responsible for prefab, mark ups, and take offs. Being onsite enabled me to understand more clearly what I was doing and its purpose, by connecting what I did in the onsite office to what was out in the field.

Tile Masters is a marble and tile contracting business in the Columbus, Ohio area. Most of the projects were home remodels with a company known as Dave Fox.
