Taking care of the daily activities of the truck shop for rebuilds and new builds. Ensuring safe, quality work in a time sensitive fashion. Responsible for all phases of the builds in regards to mechanical, electrical and welding mods. I have been responsible for organizing and scheduling contractors, cranes, outside vendors etc. To ensure target deadlines are met. Responsible for developing SOPs, JHAs and SWIs. After developing I implement the practices and study effectiveness. I ensure critical controls are in place and adhered to. At any given time I will be responsible for up to 70 million dollars in customer assets to control.

Worked on rebuilds of 930E haul trucks. Formerly I was maintaining KMC equipment in the active mines at both Suncor and Syncrude. Had been on the builds for a PC 5500 and the PC 8000 electrically.
