Currently, working as a Lab Manager and Research Scientist in the R&D department of Lallemand Health Solutions evaluating host-microbe interactions of probiotics in human in vitro cell models, as well evaluating the impact of probiotics on the gut microbiota, microbiome and resistome of clinical studies.
