Throughout my five years in the Marine Corps, I have been in the Infantry with the 3rd Battalion 6th Marines. In that time I have been put into many different billets (roles) such as Designated Marksman, Team leader, Radio Operator (Sniper Platoon), Assistant Team Leader (Sniper Platoon), Team Leader (Sniper Platoon). I have been a part of two Integrated Training Exercises (ITXs), Cold Weather Training in Bridgeport, California, Completed Phases 1 and 2 of the Scout Sniper Basic Course and deployed to Okinawa, Phillippines, Guam, and Japan on the Unit Deployment Program. The Professional Military Courses that I have completed are: Combat Hunter and Tracker Trainer Course, Coaches Course (Marksmanship Instructor), Leading Marines (Professional Military Education Course), Corporal's Course (Professional Military Education Course). The time that I have spent in the Marine Corps helped me to develop and strengthen not only my leadership principles but also work ethic.
