• Responsible for coordination and execution of the Stampede commissioning activities through first oil• Coordinate manpower to ensure full coverage during commissioning phase to ensure schedule is met• Coordinate with Commissioning Coordinators to ensure the execution of integrated commissioning plans including the scope of commissioning activities, duration for each, scope of interlinked activities, resources required, constraints regarding the same• Coordinate availability of tools and major testing equipment• Oversee execution of commissioning scheduled based on the job and duration for each activity as well as prioritize system completion requirements in order to steer construction completion• Review all reporting by commissioning coordinators and provide support and technical guidance as needed• Ensure all HSSE and precautionary requirements and procedures are followed during commissioning activities• Hold regular review meetings with project leadership and operations on issues around HSEE conformance, commissioning progress, construction progress, as well as meet with vendors to resolve any equipment related issues• Closely monitor project schedule to ensure project goals and milestones are achieved• Coordinate closely with regulatory to ensure all testing is met to deliver all milestones associated with sail away and startup• Deliver the project to Operations for successful startup activities
