IOP therapy 10hrs a week of intensive therapy for addicts and alcoholics. A one hour individual session and three, three hour groups a week were all facilitated by me to ensure sobriety and help restore the individual to a better state.

Unhooked Recovery offers an innovative treatment approach to substance abuse by providing a research based IOP program offering behavioral assessment, medical review and monitoring, focused education, nutrition and self awareness training along with a strong relapse prevention plan and support system. Customized and personal treatment plans for individual, family and group therapy are also developed in cooperation with the client. Unhooked provides intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment for people 18 and older and support therapy for their friends and families.Unhooked also has a mobile IOP and a sober living facility for men and women. Typical stay in program is 90 days plus continued outpatient.

Facilitate an offender group for women and men regarding court ordered DV offenders. Sub in sometimes for DUI/DWI groups as well.

Conducted therapy: Family, individual, and group therapy with teens at a secure residential treatment facility. Work with CD issues, abuse, trauma, conduct disorder, ODD, ADHD, anger managment, and building life skills into adulthood. Ran CFT's, did case management, data entry, collaborative problem solving, crisis de-escalation, and supervised staff at the group home site; part of the RTC.

Facilitate substance abuse groups, conduct assessments, and perform individual therapeutic sessions.

Supervise & train crisis mobile teams. Scheduling, problem solving, manage high pressure calls, situations and calls, staff crisis calls with dispatch and mobile teams, follow-up services, track and case manage high-risk mental health clients.

Repsond to various crisis calls in Pinal County. De-escaled callers, create safety plan, conduct mental status exams, urgent intakes, psychosocial assessments, petition court ordered evaluations, and clinical documentation

-Ensure and assess children’s safety through investigations, interviews, assessments, and safety plans. -Perform data entry daily through court reports and case notes-Coordinate meetings with service providers & families
