My Experiences as the Director of Service & Technology have help me grow as a director, employee and a individual. I have used many technologies and strategies to get to a collective goal of bettering my organizations. Using Microsoft, Apple and Open source technologies is one that takes focus and directions as there are always many ways to skin a cat, so to speak.I have always tried to put people before technology and policies as they will be the ones you can turn to when push turns to shove. Working with small and large groups throughout the organization has helped me be a better leader and visionary.Hopefully the next few years will be a great time for Canadian companies. And I look forward to being a part of my company as a major factor in it's successes.
