I am a Operational Supervisor for Vale at Voiseys Bay, I’m in charge of supervising the underground construction and production side of things.I spent 2 years as development shift boss/blaster when we collared on to a new underground mine at the Ekati Misery Project, before that I spent my time as a Production Shift Boss in underground mining for 6 years. I’ve worked as a remote scoop operator/ teleremote specialist who looked after not only training personnel but keeping the system up and running, testing and giving approval to purchase equipment and meeting with suppliers.I also have a ton of experience running all different types of remote scoops, haul trucks, boom trucks, anfo loaders, installing services, and blasting.
