Chad and his wife Lesley reside in Salem with Floyd, their German Short-Haired Pointer, and Saint, their Plott Hound. Together they have three children, Cam, Luke and Nick. One of their favorite pastimes is spending time as a family at Smith Mountain Lake. An avid sports fan, he enjoys golf and mountain biking. He particularly enjoys biking in the natural beauty of Carvins Cove. Chad volunteers in the community with youth and AUU sports leagues and proudly supports the Virginia Tech football program by working the chains during games, a position he has held for over 20 years.
