Over 30 years of experience in the public and private sectors across Texas and Oklahoma have equipped me to lead successful transportation and civil infrastructure projects. My career began at the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), where I honed my skills in construction inspection, design, and operations.Transitioning to the private sector, I spearheaded the design and management of over $200 million worth of municipal transportation and public utility projects across North Central Texas. This experience instilled a passion for client collaboration and delivering high-impact solutions.In 2012, I returned to the public sector with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT), serving as the District 2 Traffic Engineer. There, I oversaw traffic maintenance, operations, and safety, while contributing to key projects like the US 69/75 improvements in Bryan County. My leadership culminated in the State Traffic Engineer role, where I shaped traffic planning, engineering, and safety policies for the entire state highway system.Today, I leverage my expertise at Burgess & Niple to lead the Oklahoma market expansion. We're tackling crucial transportation projects, including bridge, roadway, traffic, and alternative transportation design. I'm passionate about building a strong team, fostering lasting client relationships, and contributing to a better tomorrow for Oklahoma, Texas, and beyond.
