Maintenance And Facilities Director

Oversee the daily school operations. Responsible for planning routine maintenance. Maintain a safe and healthy environment necessary for staff and student growth. Foster a strong and equitable relationship with administration, staff, community and contractors. Direct supervision of maintenance, grounds and custodial staffs. Coordinating the installations, maintenance and repair work to be done in all district facilities.Implement preventative maintenance plans.Athletic field and Facilities management.Participate in the development of and monitor a yearly budget.Conduct district wide asbestos inspections/management planning.Coordinate annual district wide inspections of boilers and pressure vessels, fire safety equipment.Complete quarterly storm water testing and SWCCA air emissions testing.Coordinate schedules with Administrators, building staff and contractors.District wide security - Manage keys, security and fire systems.Participate as needed/required with bidding process.Attend local and regional meetings as needed pertaining to position.Order/inventory of maintenance and custodial supplies. General Maintenance to all district facilities/buildings (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roof repairs...)Athletic Field Maintenance (Mowing, Fertilization, Field Marking, Aerating and irrigation...)
