I have strong training abilities and people tend to learn by example, Hands on training and motivation. From experience in fast paced environments I have a great ability to streamline and reduce bottlenecks, Which saves time and money. In all my roles safety has been the number one concern on my mind. I believe that the more organized and prepared you are the safer the whole operation can be. I also am able to see the big picture and delegate correctly.
