I have over 28 years of experience in leading and developing diverse teams of passionate and creative changemakers who want to inspire people to follow Jesus and make a positive impact in the world. As the founding Lead Pastor of New Life Wichita, I oversee the vision, strategy, and execution of our ministry, which is based on the values of radical love, authentic community, irrational generosity, and being a catalyst for spiritual and social change. I love working with an amazing team of young leaders who share my vision and mission, and who bring different perspectives and experiences to the table.Prior to New Life Wichita, I served as an Associate Pastor at Central Christian Church, where I led eight Pastors and Directors and their respective areas of ministry, including the College and Career group, which experienced explosive growth under my leadership. I also have experience in regional ministry development and campus planting, having worked at Willow Creek Community Church as a strategic planner for future expansion. I have skills in leadership development, volunteer management, and youth ministry, which I use to equip and empower the next generation of changemakers.
