Led capital expenditure projects for tool replacement and program launch in dual role scenario during economic downturn. Directed weekly APQP meetings with support departments to ensure successful program launch while managing open issue logs.

CAD Designer when JL French was a FSS Supplier to Ford. Designed primarily on Pro2001 and SDRC I-Ideas. Developed designs for oil pans and various powertrain components using a "blank box" approach along with comparisons to existing designs in other engine applications.

Served in entry-level CAD engineering position. Designed, developed, and production released engine cooling systems for Caterpillar D6 through D11 bulldozers.
