Provided detailed reporting to Chief Finance Officer on a weekly basis, highlighting key operational metrics that were ultimately presented to the Executive Team and Board of Directors. Managed sales and expense budgets for 130 store with approximately $1.8B in annual revenues. Provided strategic insights to the Vice President of Operations on the reduction of shrink and optimal inventory levels. Significant findings resulted in a $30M reduction of inventory in retail locations.

Developed and effectively managed a small team within the retail accounting department responsible for the reconciliation of all Winn-Dixie bank accounts, payroll clearing, and miscellaneous Accounts Payable. Automated routine reconciliations by implementing ReconPlus software. Labor costs were reduced by $390K annually.
