With 10+ years experience including a background in private practice, I act as senior in-house counsel for a high-growth technology business line within a major financial services company. I have a wide range of experience advising on commercial contracting matters, new service/product development, government contracting, marketing, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, disputes and operating events in the financial services sector. I have led high-value, strategic client and vendor negotiations and have also led various strategic initiatives within the Legal & Compliance department.
