Ran a sequence of bales from a campaign sheet to create the best mix to make the highest quality product from our materials. Managed daily infeed and total product ran for the shift. Kept track of every point of material ran through the system. Gave Bi-hourly updated of numbers and weights. Used fork lifts to move product around the plant as well as Scissor lifts and ski-jacks to do different tasks accordingly.

Operated heavy machinery such as Front End Loaders, Forklifts, and Overhead Cranes. Used 6011 / SMAW Stick Welding tools to make Reinforcement cages for Precast concrete. Used a Rod Chomper Machine to cut and bend rebar to create base model or custom fit Mats to reinforce precast pieces by reading blueprints or creating my own blueprints. Operated larger Forklifts to Off load Semi Trailers with 20-60 Tons of Rebar and stage the load in the yard. Managed the Reinforcement department inventory and made sure the materials needed were provided to the right people to get them ordered. Managed any and all changes within the department to improve work environment quality and productivity. Worked with the Production Supervisor and Plant Manager to address and resolve any Safety issues or concerns.
