I have had the opportunity to work with multiple tenant commands and engineering disciplines to clarify the vision of projects and future requirements of the base. I utilize different NAVFAC enterprise systems and understand how their information interacts with each other. In addition, I understand the importance of proper planning, coordinating and implementation of processes to ensure the mission is always met. Currently I operate within the Utilities office as the Mechanical subject matter expert onboard Kings Bay. Part of these duties include defining project requirements, inducting work through Maximo and project management framework ieFACMAN, building project 1391 documents, also ensuring funding streams are properly identified and assessing work type to ensure compliance with 20Hdocument guidance. Moreover, I develop Statements of service, Scopes of work and independent government estimates for the new requirements. As the Mechanical ET, I am charged with ensuring the Base, to include Waterfront systems, and SWFLANT controlled areas continue to thrive under all situations. I do this through ensuring needed maintenance is provided to equipment, aged equipment is scheduled for replacement and proper planning is in place and assigned to correct funding types. I have personally operated and maintained multiple water/wastewater facilities and Central Thermal Plants and have inducted numerous UEM projects that encompass all Water/Wastewater, Electrical and Thermal commodities. I enjoy learning new systems or processes and working within a team to overcome challenges that are presented.

Facilities Maintenance Supervisor/Training Manager/ QCUnited States Navy - Coronado, CAMarch 2013 to Present- Manage transportation program with two service technicians, 33 vehicles, 16 boats, 55 licensed operators and 3 class A CDL operators with an annual mainenance budget of $230K, and equipment vaued at approximately $5.3 million. - Manage the Command Safety Program IAW OSHA standards, US Naval Safety Standards, and EPA regulations, involving high-risk live fire exercises, shooting range operations, vehicle maintenance programs, construction industry standards and Maritime contingency training operations. - Lead community outreach City of Coronado California annual Beach clean up. Efforts lead to 7 tons of trash and debris removed from Bay and Ocean side beaches which contains vital breeding grounds for endanged species of birds. Event was 3 days and reached a record 732 people in attandance. - Facilities Maintenance Manager of Naval Special Warfare Facilities with an annual maintenance budget of $250K, and a special project budget up to $600K, supporting more than 260 special operators (SEALS) and 55 staff.

- Company Safey Officer for the Construction Safety Program IAW 29 CFR 1926, of a 610-person US Navy Construction Battalion depolyed to more than 32 locations worldwide construction various projects in support of global forces and humanitarian efforts. - Spearheaded community outreach programs at the Navy retirement home in Biloxi MS. refinished concrete walk ways and repaired fountain, greatly enchancing the quality of life for the Vetrans. - Company Operations Manager, responsible for the daily operation of a 120 man construction battalion Divison, project acquisition, manning, scheduling, movement, and tracking of more than 30 construction projects.

- Plumbing Shop and Water Treatment Plant Foreman. Supervised 14 military and 10 local national personnel in the maintenance of more than 40 lineal miles of underground water distribution lines, from 1/2" to 24", 280 fire hydrants and 2257 back flow prevention devices. - Mechanical Quality Assurance Manager for the total rehad of boiler plant with three 3 million BTU biolers, water treatment equipment, more than 60 pumps, three compressors, steam generator along with two Waste Water Treatment Facility upgrades resulting in ZERO safety mishaps and a saving to the government of $600K annually in maintenance costs. - Facility Maintenance Supervisor. Managed construction and maintenance contracts for two large military bases and a 404- unit family housing development. Managed an annual budget of $8.5 million in upgrades and repair costs. - Coordinated all scheduled maintenance and contract work through use of CMMS (MAXIMO) program. Supervised 5 military and 2 civilian workers.

- Supervised a deployed crew of 43 personnel in the redesign, installion and testing of 13,900 lineal feet of potable water distribution lines for Atlantic Underwater Testing and Evaluation Center, Andros Bahamas, cutting project costs by finishing two weeks ahead of schedule while incurring ZERO safety mishaps. - Project Manager for a 26 person Special Operations Task Force. Managed the completion of 1,475 Utilities work orders and 1,908 project man-days of Classified Construction Projects within Iraq. Finished under the $4.5 million budget and with ZERO safety mishaps. Awarded the Navy Commendation Medal and Army Commendation Medal for these actions.
