Prior to starting Bone Foam, Chad served in Trauma Manager positions at Zimmer Biomet and Smith & Nephew and drove efforts that resulted in increased growth, employee engagement and surgeon satisfaction.Chad and his family are active in their community and the outdoors. Chad, himself, is an avid hunter, athlete and former coach of St. Thomas Women’s Track and Field. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Wisconsin-Steven’s Point where he earned Hall of Fame recognition for Track and Field.
