Workface Planning Manager responsible for the implementation of Workface Planning on the 3GP Project which includes coordinating release of Construction Work Packages in alignment with the projects baseline schedule. Coordinate and lead the projects construction scoping sessions that lead to the development of IWP's. My team reviews the Bill of Material against material availability and then works towards the removal of constraints prior to release of the Work Packages to the field. Workface Planning team coordinates with construction for the development of the level 4 Schedule, three week look-ahead and ultimate release of work in a constraint free construct-able sequence to support the project goals.

Project General Superintendent for the Las Bambas Copper Concentrator Project. Supervise and Direct the Lead Discipline Superintendents. Lead and assist in reviews of the project schedule. Maintain, review and control the project cost and productivity with the Superintendents and Area Managers. Assist the Area Managers as required in the 12 different project areas. Assist the Site Manager with the revision of the Project Staffing Plan, Construction Equipment Schedule and project schedule.

Area Manager Copper Concentrator coordinating the work between all disciplines in the 8 different areas of the Concentrator. Coordinated and planned the equipment required for construction activities. Maintained the Construction Equipment Schedule. Coordinated with Field Engineering and the Rigging Engineers for all rigging plans required for medium risk and critical rigging plans.

As a structural steel superintendent I planned and supervised the steel and rigging activities for a new Vacuum Pipe Still Unit at the Motiva Refinery in Port Arthur, Texas. We set over 100 Pre-assembled modules, vessels, tanks, exchangers and modularized furnaces with Versa-Cranes ranging in capacity from 1,000 to 2,500 ton capacities. In the unit we had nearly 30 cranes (4 Lattice boom cranes with luffers ranging in capacity from 260 tons to 600 tons, 3 4100's and 20 plus hydaraulics ranging from 15 to 90 ton capacity. Supervised the rigging activities for pipe installation an mechanical equipment.Supervised major structural steel modifications at the Turkey Point Nuclear Power Plant fot the Power Uprate projects. This work included new platform steel with in the RCA for an additional Heat Exchanger for the spent fuel pool, turbine deck modufications to increase the strength of the structural members and reinforcement of a block wall building by adding major structural members and making the building hurricane and tornado proof. This building was to house the new fresh air filter unit for the control room if there was ever upset conditions at the power plant.Planning and supervising the erection and construction activities for a new Copper Concentrator located in the Apurimac region of Peru. The project has nearly 24,000 metric tons of steel. The craft are all Peruvian and I am working to help train using more efficient methods of steel erection. Also, am introducing new fall protection equipment and methods that have not been used in Peru.
