I perform all management of this company to remain stable and grow in this economy. We have grown roughly 20% a year in gross sales. We currently have every type of sub-contractor working with us.We are one of three General Contractors in the state of Connecticut for our main client Freddie mac. We also perform work for many home buyers using 203k loans, banks and realtors with forclosures that require repairs to be sellable. In our years I have also served as consultant and GC on numerous real estate investment projects for many investor. I am responsible for all meetings, inspections of houses, estimates and planning the scope of work. I was responsible for inspecting all possible houses prior to purchase, provide the owners with an estimate and scope of all work that would be required on the property and projected profit and time frames. I planned and supervised all day to day operations of subcontractors working on current flips. I kept daily logs of all expenses and costs on the project. I created and kept our database current so the owners could see current profit margin down to the day.I was PM on over 35 profitable flips for this company, as well as over saw all management and maintenance of over 85 rental units.
