This experience was gained from being self employed for 18 years, and managing a team of technicians doing a variety of outsourced IT jobs. I have transitioned to managing an enterprise network at a financial institution, while also managing the bank’s help desk analysts. I have acquired very quick and accurate diagnostic abilities. My current job is focused on network security and business efficiency. Understanding where you are weak on security, and being able to address the concerns are what I do. I enjoy making business processes more efficient. I believe employee training is paramount, both in IT, and in training normal staff to use technology resources.
