Chad Schmidt brings a wealth of experience to his role as the Commercial Sales Executive for Chicago Title Company of Oregon. He joined the Commercial team in 2018 after spending 20+ years working in retail and wholesale mortgage lending, private mortgage insurance, and credit reporting. These experiences have allowed him to become a valuable resource to his clients to help them achieve their real estate goals. Chad takes great pride in building long-term client partnerships and navigating the channels of communication between title and escrow to help enhance these relationships. He currently works with a diverse client base consisting of commercial real estate brokers, lenders, investors, attorneys, and developers. “Our team will always ensure your transaction will be handled with around the clock responsiveness, accuracy, and expertise to ensure your title and closing needs are always met from start to finish. Chad attended Dixon High School in Illinois and then went on to receive a B.A. from Western Illinois University. Chad and his wife moved out from Chicago in 2013 to the beautiful Pacific Northwest and they’ve never looked back. He is currently a member of NAIOP and is actively involved in many other commercial real estate organizations in the Portland market. He loves spending time in the outdoors rain or shine, traveling the world, gardening, playing golf, and spending quality time with family.
