Food Lion is a Supermarket chain that operates throughout the Southern and Mid-Atlantic states and is based; I worked on the store level where my responsibilities included ordering inventory for the entire store and supervising four employees that worked on the stock crew. Worked in a 100% team environment focused on open communication with accountability and integrity being the main principles. Assisted in a new store opening in 1992 where my responsibility was to have the store properly prepared and merchandised. Managed employees during the time that the store was closed for business. I was responsible for opening and closing the store during those times.
