As an On-Site Service and Support technician, I am responsible for designing and supporting Microsoft Windows based networks and a wide range of peripherals. Duties performed include deployment and administration of Servers and clients, wireless networking infrastructure, and printing services. Upgrade and repair home and personal computers. Support mobile device integration with phones and tablets. Design and facilitate installation of network cabling and LAN subnets. Support and maintain client audio/video and security systems.

Performed Seed Certification program audits and produced Texas Certified and Guaranteed Analysis plant and vegetable labels. Performed administrative tasks associated with reporting and analyzing commercial seed production in the State of Texas.

Worked to assist customers and recommend appropriate solutions to customers. Expertise in Computers, Mobile Electronics, Digital Imaging, and Home Theater. Assisted with implementation of the Sales Operator position in the College Station store and assisted customers with product knowledge and recommendations via phone and email.
