Brought into the reporting and disclosure team to take regulatory reporting from excel spreadsheets to a sustainable solution that not only automates the processes but ensures the ability to report accurate and consistent information across the superannuation licensee's.

Performed a number of integral roles within a very successful program of work. Roles included project management and solution design of peripheral systems however the main role performed was the key point of contact between Origin IT and the energy retailers Origin purchased Integral and Country Energy. The key challenges to communicate effectively with many teams onsite who supported many disparate source systems and putting all the pieces in place to get the data into Origin's implementation of the SAP utilities model and CRM. I was involved with migrating all data elements which required quick uptake to understand the many business processes and practices. Coverage was everything from customer management to market settlement interactions. All the while being responsible that consistency from a customer experience was not impacted and still meeting legal obligations under the purchase agreement.

As part of the BI team at Vodafone I had the task to streamline and improve a number of reporting requirements. One of the key improvements was to take the Apple device reporting from the responsibility of front line retailers needing to report stock on hand each day to an external party and create fully automated solution. Working closely with the Apple representatives and many parts of Vodafone, the solution leveraged data from existing information from inventory and sales systems, met the strict rules Apple enforce. The result was a new solution that paid for itself withing the first 2 months and saving Vodafone millions of dollars from that point on. For the final 6months I did perform all account management responsibilities include managing all the purchase orders, statement of works, master supply agreements and managing the consultants onsite.

Engagement was to implement a data warehouse from design to implementation working directly with the commercial sales team. The result was a very successful program of work where the business not only improved their ability to report on and understand their current position they could also interact with their information to drive future business decisions.

Responsibilities included: Analysis, design, development, deployment and support of applications on PC's, Windows servers and Mainframes for many Data Warehouse applications. Completed many successful projects for the data warehouse with external clients. Managing all aspects of the companies main decision support system. Maintaining integrity of the data warehouse including 24x7 support. Strong customer focus. Managing transition of many applications to outsourcing companies. Training new employees.
