Remain hands-on in Hackathons, security validation, customer communications, and defining PSIRT processes in tandem with controlling external security researchers. Key Accomplishments: Chaired cross company Problem Response Team to address vulnerabilities that impacted 10 years of Intel platforms. Required coordinating across multiple geographies and business units with customer bases in the 100’s. Lead all efforts to develop communications materials, mentor technical team through mitigation process, remove roadblocks for various teams, drive escalations to Intel C-Level management, and training of 1K+ field personnel.  Qualified Intel as a CVE Naming Authority (CNA) by merging the CAN requirements into Intel’s existing PSIRT process, which allowed customers and internal organization to integrate references CVE entries for complete transparency and accountability.

Key Accomplishments: Stood in as a key influencer with co-travelers while providing architecture for product development teams.  Designed, coded, and implemented a complex host/client infrastructure to perform voltage/temperature/content stress required to verify meeting quality and reliability targets.- This infrastructure worked for multiple generations of Intel processors and processed >5K units for >500K hours of test time with minimum cost and overhead.  Gathered requirements for content, environmental settings, and duration to qualify multiple generations of Intel processors and enabled handling of numerous custom experiments to verify and disprove many vital issues during product development. - Efforts led by self and two technicians while projecting single digit millions in cost savings.

Key Accomplishments – Mobile Platforms Group (MPG) Centrino Wireless Verification Program: Teamed up with three engineers to develop a plan that would convince legal teams of how to address Wi-Fi hotspot issues on a global scale, which later uncovered severe and unexpected results; developed white paper, published well received results, and enabled Centrino brand to become recognizable globally and win Intel Achievement Award.  Conceptualized and established worldwide program to verify infrastructure of Wireless Internet Service Providers.  Enabled $1M+ in cost savings and pioneered advanced interoperability testing with 100+ unique wireless computing environments at 20K+ sites.  Invented support backend for numerous enterprise technologies (PPTP, IPSEC, SSL VPN, SMTP, Active Directory & Web Services).  Written automated client and server scripts in Perl and Basic Shell scripting.
