As the Chief Operations Officer for US Lawns I lead multiple branches and supporting departments in an operational, financial, and organizational capacity in an effort to accomplish strategic goals to increase revenue, quality, speed of service, and overall efficiency of our functional element. I crafted and enforced cash- flow positive budgets. I directed a diverse management team, a portfolio of sub-contractors across various industries, and a wide range of simultaneous projects. I maintained vendor relations, served as a procurement specialist for equipment and materials, and lead in the ongoing maintenance of all equipment and fleet.

As an Account Manager for US Lawns of Greenville I served as the primary point of contact for all of our clients in the greater Greenville/Spartanburg area. From building long term relationships to ensuring that both regular maintenance and additional property enhancements are completed to the highest degree of craftsmanship and in a timely manner, it was my job to make a property look it's best while providing excellent customer service. I was also responsible for scheduling, staffing, training, and equipping 8 maintenance crews, adhering to strict budgets, and maintaining brand compliance standards.

As an Associate Landscape Architect And Planner at Environmental Concepts, LLC, I was responsible for the design, development, and implementation of landscape and site related features in several different communities within the umbrella of larger developments in Myrtle Beach, SC. In executing these responsibilities, I worked with developers, city officials, engineers, contractors, and construction crews to ensure the highest level of success throughout each stage of the design/development/implementation process; all while navigating city and county codes, razor thin budgets, and strict timelines.

As a manger at Planet Fitness, I was directly responsible for customer relations of our franchise location in Anderson, SC; handling marketing, billing, complaints, and concerns. I also worked with a diverse staff to create an efficient, cohesive team with which we could best serve our patrons. I aided in recruiting, training and supervising while coordinating general maintenance and upkeep of the facilities.

As an ALIGNMENT Studio Intern, I assisted Clemson University's community outreach program through the School of Architecture in a primarily design-build capacity. I worked with multiple studios to implement built works in the Clemson community and abroad. My two main responsibilities included: 1. The continuation of the Indigo Pine East home (an energy efficient home that was part of a larger competition known as the Solar Decathalon hosted by the Department of Energy in Irvine California) and 2. The construction of trail heads for increased usage and connectivity in Clemson University's large experimental forest.

As a member of the design-build team form the Clemson Architecture Center in Charleston I served as a Student Project Manager, coordinating the construction portion of a micro-kitchen for Mill Village Farms. This kitchen, formally known as "CropStop," will allow community members in the Greenville area to clean, prepare, and store fresh produce grown locally. The construction method is quite unique. As a Student Ambassador, I worked directly with potential Clemson University students in order to inform them of all that Clemson University has to offer. The role was diverse and included a vast array of task in which I lead tours, talked with prospective students, gave interviews, and lead different projects around campus in order to promote the University.

I was primarily tasked with helping to supervise 24 Residents Assistants in two residents halls on Clemson University's main campus. In addition, I was part of a larger team responsible for the safety, security, and upkeep of those same two residents Halls.
