Chad is a dedicated, compassionate, flexible bi-lingual sales manager who uses his more than three decades of cross-cultural experience and extensive background in the field of language instruction and acquisition to deliver sensitive, insightful, client-oriented service. He is constantly seeking to meet others' individual and organisational requirements in an honest, understandable and positive manner. He strives to learn new processes and strategies comprehensively whilst adapting to ever-changing circumstances. Chad has forged deep connections with Japan through study, work and personal interactions. He has taught tens of thousands of Japanese students from kindergarten through to senior high school and regularly serves as Chief Judge of Junior High School English Oratorical Contests. He has repeatedly provided translation and interpretation services to Harvard Business School students during their visits to the Tohoku region.
