- Responsible for analyzing and providing technical support of the current Manufacturing system in order to provide: safe methods, optimal production capabilities, cost reduction opportunities, process control methods and plans, and manufacturing layouts- Experience with operators, vendors, and tool designers to develop tooling designs and actual tools within provided quality and cost constraints- Provide technical support to install new systems and capital equipment on time, within cost constraints, established procedures and the production forecast

- Responsible to train and upkeep lean logistics methodology in the plant

- Provide promotable employees with exposure and experiences beyond their current roles such that they are prepared for future leadership opportunities. This is achieved through a formal structured developed process that utilizes rotational assignments- Directly responsible for a team of four and for the proper utilization of all departments in leading a major process change spanning four months of planning and leading into a multi-million dollar future project

- Responsible for managing logistics project budgets and timelines, ensuring tedious data management when upkeeping the plan for every part, using value stream maps (VSMs) to investigate supply chain improvement opportunities, and completing continuous improvement activities by use of kaizen- Have been a key team member for three new product launches reporting on key performance and activity indicators (KPIs and KAIs), collaborating with the other World Class Manufacturing pillar members, and suggesting process improvements to streamline launch activities in alignment with lean methodology- Was responsible to manage the changeover of our plant-wide fastener supplier which was successfully launched with zero-impact to production- Leading a team to develop a picking software that received internal global best practice approval and is currently expanding to other plant processes required extensive creativity and willingness to accept responsibilities - Improved the saturation of auto guided vehicles (AGVs) via dynamic analysis of tugger trains- Manage quality issues by modifying material handling equipment and working with external suppliers to improve packaging
