I love building a team & figuring out everyone's "Why". What drives that individual & pushes them to get up every morning? Getting everyone to buy into our company's guidelines & goals. I absolutely love engaging with customers/homeowners in hopes of helping them navigate through the process easily and efficiently. The end goal- Customer happy & satisfied with the services provided. I have enjoyed many management positions throughout my career. From department management, sales manager, general manager, & owner.
