Worked within Connected Experiences (a part of Xbox LIVE Arcade) within Microsoft Game Studios as an STE2 testing and certifying titles as they were bring prepared for release on Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Windows platforms. Responsibilities included manual testing of titles, imaging computers, tablets, and phones to create test environments, and maintaining the hardware and software inventory for the team. Collaborated to certify 35 titles across three distinct platforms during tenure.* Tasked with maintaining, ordering, and distributing all of the hardware and peripherals for a team of 50+. Centralizing the management reduced overhead costs by $45,000 annually.* After just 4 months at Microsoft, was given full responsibility for care and distribution $600,000+ of hardware.* Implemented new hardware database software and improved audit times by 30 minutes per team member, a savings of 330 man hours annually.

Took on all business, operations, and personnel management duties while the owner was not on site (~70% of operating hours). Daily duties included educating and advising customers on tire purchases, performing wheel alignments, replacing brakes and suspensions, and accurate and timely billing procedures. Managed a warehouse 1000+ tires, including ordering, categorizing, and reconciling stock.* Created new organizational system for tires making them easier to find and inventory resulting in a savings of 10 man hours per month.* Wrote the weekly schedule for myself and other employees ensuring proper knowledge coverage during all shifts.* Dealt with both customer service and employee relation issues freeing the owner to work on investigating expanding the business into new markets.
