Chad provided technical expertise for Leica 3D laser Scanning, AutoCAD, Map 3D, Land Desktop, Raster Design, 3ds Max. He quickly became well known in the engineering community as he trained classes and showcased his knowledge at premier events. This is where he learned great communication skills, out of the box thinking and problem solving skills. Certified professional certificates are still showcased in the office.

Analyzed and developed engineering solutions directly for project managers. Applied and executed engineering software to develop construction documents for massive infrastructure and transportation projects. Surveying field procedures were employed to utilize efficient field to finish workflows. Company standards were defined, improved and enforced to assure consistent quality in all engineering documents. This communication brought collaboration between departments and enhanced productivity. Training began and focused on each group, but overlapped enough to establish appreciation for each team responsibilities.

Utilized CAD and worked closely with engineers to capitalize on Softdesk software to develop Subdivision plans efficiently. Introduced and took advantage of AutoCAD paper space design, downloaded data collectors for survey and assisted in the field when necessary.

Initiated into Architectural industry, I capitalized on the knowledge that was shared. Mostly generated commercial building, but occasionally did site work. I was introduced to Paper Space, configuring, and customizing AutoCAD.
