CurrentIn this role, I own the relationship between Paycor and two different retail banking brands. I am responsible for driving partner engagement, leading to lead creation and ultimately, delivering new clients to Paycor. In order to do this effectively, I directly lead a team of sales executives and sales managers in addition to my responsibilities working hand in hand with banking executives and other leaders to build effective strategies, that achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.Grew revenue by 38% YoY in my first year.Grew leads by 28% YoY in my first year.Increased win rate by approximately 4% YoY in my first year.
