And in 2021, when "per rep" goals were 144% of plan and 118% year over year and 177% of plan and 148% year over year 2020-2021. • Led project team to create a brand new QA process which holds reps accountable to defined criteria with consistent scoring across the board. This allowed for more feedback from QA and also gave managers ~3 additional hours per week to directly coach the team.• Partnered with our Salesforce team to build 6 time saving reports and 4 new, more effective dashboards. This gave managers ~7 additional hours back per week to focus on coaching direct reports and competing priorities while also giving sales agents better resources directly leading to more opportunities to speak to our clients.• Led project to build a new outbound dialer which focused on calling conserving business written by our call center sales force. Early results show an increase of around 2.5% of policies kept in force and also anecdotal feedback from the team about how impactful this is in helping them maintain their business.
