This gave managers ~7 additional hours back per week to focus on coaching direct reports and competing priorities while also giving sales agents better resources directly leading to more opportunities to speak to our clients.• Led project to build a new outbound dialer which focused on calling conserving business written by our call center sales force. Early results show an increase of around 2.5% of policies kept in force and also anecdotal feedback from the team about how impactful this is in helping them maintain their business. -
