Second-level Program Management and Support professional accountable for directing and analyzing the processes and activities of an agency program. Responsible for coordinating multiple projects and assignments in support of an agency program or operation, and program planning, evaluation, financial and management analysis, and operational auditing. Responsibilities also include identifying operational problems, making recommendations for improvement, and assisting in implementing solutions. I also work with providers to ensure compliance with Mississippi Division of Medicaid's Administrative Code as well as ADA regulations and guidelines and OSHA regulations by conducting on-site inspections.

Engage in store sales and activities. Responsible for daily maintenance and upkeep or store. I assist with the nightly audit of register and store closing procedures. I also assist with selling memberships to clients, product promotion, and scheduling and confirmation of appointments.

Assist with the ID/DD Waiver programs and help coordinate personal care services for individuals who are transitioning into new homes and workplaces while also striving to help them maintain the highest possible levels of independence.

Dispatcher for Facilities Services. Responsible for maintaining HVAC system of 800 + bed hospital and associated buildings. Process work orders to maintenance shops at UMMC compromising over twenty buildings and five thousand on-campus employees, including plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, and carpentry.

I assisted customers with the management of their 529 plans for investing in the lives of the children of the state of Mississippi. Opened, planned and managed both MPACT (Mississippi Prepaid Affordable College Tuition) and MACS (Mississippi Affordable College Savings) plans and assisted customers with any needs they may have. Informed the public on options that are available to them. Coordinate with state and local agencies to promote programs at employee benefits fairs and parent/ PTA nights. Maintain customer files and take payments via phone and in person to input into inventory system for processing.

Provider Enrollment. Assisted with quality control review of applications of Providers from all over the United States seeking to become enrolled in Medicaid. Served as liason to Mississippi Medicaid's Fiscal Agent, Conduent. Compiled daily reports of applications and renewals processed. Answered phone calls daily/prn and when team lead for the month. Answered emails daily. Special projects as directed by supervisor.

Medicaid Specialist II. Responsible for case load of approximately 500+ clients. Process and review of applications and redeterminations. Special projects as assigned by bureau director.. Maintain and organize daily, weekly and monthly reports as well as daily email and phone communication.

Troubleshoot all DirecTV products for customer resolution in a call center setting. Assist with the upselling and promotion of DirecTV packages to customers. Assist with scheduling of service calls and equipment replacement.
