I'm passionate about the clinical trial process to ensure drugs and devices are safe and effective. Over 20 years ago I stumbled into the industry as a CRC at a Dermatology Investigator Site. I didn't realize I was starting a career and simply soaked up all information & experience I could. Years later, I moved to the Sponsor side as a CTM and a CRA. In 2005, I moved to the CRO world with Symbio as a CRA, a Project Manager, Director, Project Management, Training & Development Manager, and now on the Business side of things. A huge impact to me was when I found a family member was using a drug that I managed the clinical trials as the PM. I put so much effort into every trial that I had full confidence in that drug for my own family member. Since then, my own children, parents, and family friends have been prescribed drugs that I managed. Seeing the human side of the process makes me proud that I've never waivered on quality or given any less than 100% EVER. I've been part of over 60 FDA approvals with about that many more pending. I've monitored countless trials at numerous sites and my sites never received a 483 from an FDA Inspection.
