Responsible for leading the following Medical Affairs functions and providing overall strategic direction for Bio-Medicines Medical Affairs: Thought Leader Engagement, Business Operations, Project Management, Investigator Initiated Research, Medical Education and Launch Excellence.

Provided strategic oversight to our Bio-Medicines Thought Leader Engagement program. This included driving consistent processes to ensure business needs are being met from our engagements with external advisers in a compliant manner.

This includes identifying innovative ways to share Medical Information and optimizing our live interactions with digital solutions.Oversight of the Global Medical Affairs Center of Excellence. This organization sets global standards for how our Medical Liaison, Medical Affairs Professional, and Medical Education roles operate around the world.Ownership of the Thought Leader Capability group. This team ensures we have consistent processes, training, and tools in place to drive effective thought leader planning across all functions and regions.Oversight of Medical Affairs Communications. This includes strategic communications around large change initiatives, customer experience stories and leadership communication.

Led a team focused on driving effective use of Digital Channels within the Medical Affairs organization.

Responsible for ensuring a consistent approach to channel utilization and customer experience throughout the Medical Affairs organization. My work in this role led to the creation of the Digital group for Medical Affairs.

Functions managed: Oncology Medical Liaisons, Scientific Communication Associates, and Medical Information.Drove multiple strategic initiatives to increase value to our external customers and internal business partners.

Managed 12 Acute Care Medical Liaisons (MDs, PhDs, PharmDs) across most of the United States.

Responsible for managing relationships with Thought Leaders in PA, NJ, and WV.

Responsible for promoting Eli Lilly's primary care products to Pittsburgh area physicians.
