Over 20 years of progressive and varied finance and operating experience including six years with a “Big Four” accounting firm, several years in senior financial roles in both private and public companies, four years as CFO of a private equity backed financial technology company generating over $500 million in revenue. Most recently, I spent a year in the CEO role driving an aggressive turnaround and change oriented strategy adding extensive operations and leadership experience to my finance foundation and background. Meaningful leveraged finance experience with nine separate transactions including new money, refinancings and incremental add-ons totaling ~$2 billion.
