Writing and updating all Environmental, Health and Safety policies, procedures and programs for ATK HSO. Update and manage the MSDS system database. I help maintain up to date ATK My Learning and Saturn safety training for employees in areas concerning propellant and explosives along with forklift, crane and chemical Hazard Communication training to name a few. I plan, schedule and conduct comprehensive safety and environmental audits, inspections and investigations to control hazards associated with facilities and Aerospace applications and resolve these hazards to maintain compliance with applicable safety regulations. Address and provide professional advice on issues with management about hazardous operations, documentation concerns and to consult management on regulations and guidelines from OSHA, NFPA, EPA and The Life Safety Code along with the directives from NASA and Marshall Space Flight Center. Perform Injury, Mishap and Close Call investigations and help manage Safety at a multi-site location that includes laboratories, test facilities and manufacturing facilities involved in research and development operations concerning solid rocket motors, composite structures and adhesives.

: Perform various facets of work in the decorative concrete business including but not limited to: Management and marketing the business, stamping, staining, painting, sealing, etching, artistic design, and coloring of flat and vertical concrete including driveways, patios, countertops, interior and exterior floors, and interior and exterior walls.

: Created, implemented and maintained facility safety and ergonomic programs and managed workers compensation claims. Establish and manage all Environmental, Health, Safety, Training, and Security policies. I was the ISO 14001:2004 Representative. Maintained company compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety regulations and guidelines. Approved new equipment blue prints specifications and operational procedures to comply with TS Tech’s Safety standard. Performed inspections on equipment, parts and processes. Performed JSA’s, JHA’s, ergonomic reviews and injury and close call investigations. Provided plant basic first aid and trained all plant first responders in CPR, AED and Basic First Aid.
