    • Established dashboards across multiple programs to measure KPIs. These dashboards gave the program leaders the ability to drill into problems and analyze areas for improvement and/or change. These also show areas where the teams and programs were exceling in the process. • In-depth analysis to understand process and employee performance. This analysis was used to create thresholds, KPIs, determine resource constraints, and underutilization of resources. Capacity modeling was also created from this analysis that led to better resource utilization and the need for cross training rather than team expansion.• Developed the Next Periodic Review Date logic to satisfy a consent order. This helped to ensure the next periodic review dates for each customer are calculated accurately and can be tracked for completion. The logic considers several data points and risk elements to establish the next periodic customer review date. This ensured the next period review does not exceed the maximum date per policy. • Created and implemented the Periodic Review Planning Process to track multiple populations simultaneously for progress and completion. The process identified populations 6 months prior the periodic review date and then locked populations 3-5 months prior to the periodic review date based on complexity and risk. The process also incorporated accelerated populations to help manage workload and capacity for the lines of business responsible for completing the period reviews.
