• Developed a caddie program at a new golf club which consisted of hiring, training and overseeing a staff of 35 caddies• Wrote and implemented policies and procedures that pertain to the caddie program and outside service staff• Manage caddie payroll using a caddie chit system• Manage outside services staff of six• Responsible for upkeep of golf cart fleet of 40 and warm up range• Work in pro shop assisting with sales through the use of Point of Sale software • Assist member/guest relations and scheduling tee times in the golf shop• Handle daily responsibilities of staging carts for play, set and maintain range, ensure the halfway house is appropriately stocked and replenished, greet members and guests upon arrival• Ensure that caddies are available upon request and that the member and guest had a satisfactory experience• Order necessary supplies for golf shop and range

• Developed and implemented a thorough caddie training program• Worked closely with club members to ensure that all needs were met by the caddie • Interviewed, hired and trained caddies• Managed a staff of forty-five caddies• Identified potential candidates to receive the Evans Scholarship and provided recommendations to the scholarship board• Entered caddie chits and provided weekly tallies to the accounting department to ensure prompt payment of employees• Provided organized and safe storage of member and guest’s bag and ensured all bags were ready for play the following day • Served as starter at the first tee and responsible for ensuring all members tee off in a timely and orderly fashion • Responsible for entering members into Jonas software• Assisted with monthly inventory in the golf shop
