Chad is involved in developing and managing companies in the technology, insurance, construction & development sectors by providing services on an FTE or consulting basis to develop & implement operational infrastructure, IT infrastructure, process engineering, business strategy & planning, distribution, business analysis, & project management.With experience in the insurance industry for over 22 years & the construction/development industry for over 12 years, he thrives on the entrepreneurial spirit and applying innovation and creative strategy to all ventures. Chad has served as the lead in 21 start-ups for the companies he served as an executive or consultant for. He has served in various senior/executive roles in various insurance industry segments; Brokerage, MGA/MGU, TPA, Program Administration, Carrier, Alternative Risk, Risk Management & all with a focus on the implementation and utilization of innovation, technology, data analytics, & actuarial modeling into the platforms he has developed and implemented. A priority focus over the last 6 years has been on the use of technology, data, & business intelligence to develop insurance platforms; PEO, temporary staffing, workers compensation, non-occupational accident & wage loss, cyber security, auto fleet telematics, & employment practices liability, are examples. He believes in the importance of companies adopting the use of innovation, technology, & data, into their models to achieve their success and profitability objectives.Related to the construction & development industry he has served as a project director or general manager for large condominium and mountain community projects. This includes all facets of these projects; property selection, acquisition, pro-forma and budget development, design, financing, legal, entitlements and permitting, bidding, contract negotiations, vendor and subcontractor development and management, engineering/architecture, construction, and marketing/sales.
